The origin of quality of our products

There are two main breeds of sheep raised in Rio Grande do Sul. The Corriedale breed which is recognized for its incomparable flavor in meat quality and the Texel breed, which produces meat with a higher fat content and finer wool with better commercial value, also it is very common for these breeds to breed, seeking a balance between meat flavor and wool production.
